This Week With Rachel

It's been a hectic week for me so far! Had a couple of interviews talking about the niche expert concept and my new book. 

Yesterday my little girl was off school and I felt under the weather too. I tried and tried to get into the flow but just couldn't seem to do it. When that happens it's just best to give yourself a bit of time to relax so I listened to my body and had an afternoon nap in my sunny conservatory. Ahhhh bliss. Not often I do that but it was just one of
those days.
 
Self care is such a key thing and us ladies often don't allow ourselves the time to really take care of ourselves - we're too busy taking care of everyone one, running the home and often feeling guilty when we're not! In fact I wrote a whole module on this in my book especially for women to overcome fear, gain confidence and move ahead in their life

Ok this week I've been battling with Facebook business pages! Since they changed the layout some time ago I admit I had not the stamina to figure out how to optimise my page but the time had come.
 
It was on my list and I decided that Facebook would not beat me this time! (If you've ever tried to figure out or find a feature on Facebook that is a little bit unusual you'll know what I mean. These guys don't make it easy - it's as if they want to reward those who
go in for battle and manage to overcome the FB challenge!
 
I've made a quick video & article for you below with the best easy to
use apps (once you know what they are!) to optimise your facebook page so you can build your list directly from your
