I'm back from hols in the forest and was happily amazed to enjoy
a heatwave for the whole break.  A miracle indeed for us
Brits ...

Lots of swimming, reading, good food and chilling with our girls
and I managed to stick with my tech detox.  

There was indeed no clock in the forest!

Only went online once to check emails the whole week.  Of course
it did help that there was no easy access but you've got to set 
yourself up to win right?

We braved the London crowds on Sunday and managed to catch
the women Olympian cyclists whiz by Buckingham Palace.

Was very cool although we got completely drenched.  Those are
the precious family moments you remember though so it was all
worth it.

Then we spent the rest of the day at the biggest shopping centre in
Europe right by the Olympic Stadium & I recharged in the book store
while the girls tore round all the teen shops.

This week I've created a very practical challenge for you with two
parts.

It's all about blogging and how to set up your blog if you don't
yet have one and for those of you who are more advanced part
two covers easy tips for creating great blog content.

and it inspired me to start my own business designing creative illustrated
products for children which I hope to launch really soon.  It was just the
