Earlier in the week I was struggling with some personal stuff and it got me to thinking how I quickly get myself back in the 'flow-zone' almost on auto-pilot.
Now this wasn't always the case for me.
I've always been a very emotional person and things would knock me out of the game
for days.
These days it's not that I'm any less emotional, it's just that I've studied the path
of self-mastery and through practice have become more resilient.
So today I thought it would be helpful to share a little of what I've learned
in case you feel like a lonely willow blowing in the wind but wishing your roots
would stand firmer to support you.

How to Get Out of Funk & Into Flow
The chances are it blew you off course all day.
I had one of those days yesterday.
No matter what I did I couldn't shake this terrible headache so at about 3pm, an hour before my girls came home from school, I took some time out to chill.
After many years of dealing with my creative ups and downs I've learned how to heal myself quickly so that I don't spend too long feeling low & 'funkish.'
Instantly soothed by Paulo Coelho's, Aleph, my headache began to dissipate and I was able to get myself together to whiz off for parents' evening.
It occurred to me just how important it is to be in touch with the ways that you can replenish yourself or nourish your soul QUICKLY!
As a solo-entrepreneur, creative or small business owner you can't afford to allow yourself to wallow in the blues too long can you?
The good thing is that no one enjoys feeling blue for any length of time so by having to be 'on' for your business you also serve yourself by spending more time in happy and productive flow.
Intuitively I've developed ways to help myself over the years as I shared in Confidence in High Heels but it was only recently when studying the Law of Attraction Practitioner material that I came across this as a real coaching method with a name.
