If I had to choose one thing that gets my clients' knickers in a twist it would be pricing.

What should you charge for your coaching, consulting or other services?

Are you charging too much? (Usually no)

Are you charging too little? (Probably)

I've been a coach of one type or another for about 11 years now but for many of those
years I got paid purely on my own and my team's production.

So when I gradually switched to offering consulting and coaching I didn't really have a clue as to what I should be charging.

I mean I'd never actually been paid directly for my personal expertise before so it didn't come naturally to me.

Your people need personal coaching or specialised services and they're willing to pay premium prices.

If they're not then they're not your perfect client and/or you're not serving a profitable niche.

If you're a coach, consultant or other expert selling your services then let me save you some time and heartache.

It's much easier to charge more than to charge less.
