I'm writing this from my new office with the sun streaming in.
We've had our conservatory converted into a normal room so now
I've all the benefits of big beautiful windows but none of the extreme
temperatures! I'm SO happy we took the plunge and had this done.
What is there in your life that you know you need to invest in but for
some reason you're holding back?
It might be hiring a coach to help you take your business to the next level or
it might be something as simple as sorting out a room in your house that you can
truly call your office.
It's amazing what a difference taking the plunge can make for you and I highly
recommend it.
This week's challenge is about how to rejection proof yourself and what I said
to one of my clients who was feeling frustrated.

The Challenge - How To Be Rejection Proof (Ish) With Clients
A few weeks ago I was on a coaching call with a lovely client and she was telling me how frustrated she was by her potential client's lack of response.
Now we all have our days so I'm not saying you'll never feel rejected again after reading this but there are ways to boost your rejection proof-ability.
So this is what I said to Janet. She's not really called Janet you understand but it's hard to tell a story without giving the character a name ...
Janet is like many business owners who allow themselves to get tangled up in the tiny details.
Janet is fascinated by her website stats; who's visiting her site and from where and she loves doing research and reading reports about the latest rules and regulations in her industry.
She's not super keen on the sales conversation which is of course where all the money is and not something any business owner can afford to ignore.
She's also a perfectionist who spends a lot of time thinking about what she could have done differently and gives herself a hard time about mistakes she thinks she's made.
