The Challenge - Step Up And Fear Less!
It's really tempting to think that other coaches or experts have it all together and it's just you that struggles or freaks out.
So in case you're in a difficult place and feeling stuck and with a sinking heart, I'm stepping up today to reassure you that it's absolutely not the case!
I've been doing some form of coaching, consulting or training for about 12 years now and I frequently hit the fear wall.
I often feel like I've made mistakes, I'm not perfect 'enough' and that maybe my big goal is just too big.
Then I get really scared and fearful.
Sometimes I just want to shrink back to the level I was playing at before because it feels less threatening.
Can you relate?
The thing is that if you've studied any human psychology, you'll know that it's quite normal but it still feels crappy!
