The Challenge - Are You Making Powerful And Aligned Decisions?
I'm in the process of getting certified as a money breakthrough coach at the moment and it really hit me the other day just how life changing it is when you make powerful and aligned decisions.
Most of us (yes and that includes coaches!) make wishy washy decisions.
In fact they're often not decisions at all.
We say yes on a whim of the moment and then find ourselves backing down or shrinking our dreams to suit reality and avoid the need to overcome fears.
If you've made what you see as poor decisions in the past then it's likely that you resist making powerful decisions because you've lost trust in yourself.
Perhaps you fell into debt that got out of control or you didn't hit your big goals no matter hard you feel you worked.
This then spirals off into a self destructive cycle of feeling weak and powerless to make things happen in your life and business.
On the other hand when you make a decision from a place of alignment you are much more likely to follow through with the action steps required to create the results you desire.
When you make a decision from an aligned place and you feel confident that you have what you need, or you'll reach out for what you need to make it happen, you can move forward with passion and confidence.
Some of the decisions I made in the past were very emotionally charged and I thought they were aligned but on reflection I can see that I didn't have what I needed to get the result I wanted.
Whilst emotion and excitement can take you far; they're not enough to take you all the way if you have missing pieces in your practical toolbox.
