How to avoid over delivering and overwhelming you and your clients PLUS Freedom plan

I used to think that too.
Recently I've had a mindset shift courtesy of my own coach training which has made me realise that this isn't strictly true.
Now if you're buying your favourite chocolate ice-cream, perhaps a 3 for 1 offer at Tesco, might be just the ticket and you pop your bonus choc-chip in the freezer for a rainy day.
Unless of course you have a tendency to over-indulge and then it may be better to buy one carton at a time because the cost to your health and self-esteem is greater than the pennies saved.
Let's use a less emotional example such as A4 paper. You're ordering your office supplies online and they offer you a great deal to get more paper than you need right now.
It won't take up much additional space so you think, 'What the heck? Why not get a really good deal?'
Let's now jump forward to the scenario where your paper arrives but along with it they've thrown in a free pack of ink cartridges for your printer.
It sounds great but you've recently got a new printer which you didn't buy from this supplier so the new ink cartridges don't meet your needs at all.
Instead of delighting you, this free gift irritates you because you have no use for it but don't feel you can just throw it away because it's ingrained in you not to be wasteful.
'Akhhhhh, more clutter,' you mutter aloud.
It's also packed full of resources to help you plan, create and improve your marketing funnel. I found Rachel's social media strategy to be a great time saver. Highly recommended!"
