We're celebrating Passover in the Henke household this week
so will be eating 'Matzah' which are like water biscuits and
symbolise unleavened bread, as the Israelites left Egypt
in rather a hurry! (Exodus)
I'm more spiritual than religious but I do enjoy keeping traditions with
our kids and a new one we started yesterday was treating ourselves to
a naughty big piece of cake before Passover kicked in.
We spent a leisurely afternoon roaming the lovely city of Ely, which is where Oliver Cromwell lived and there's a magnificent Cathedral there too.
Throw in the cake and it's well worth a family day out!
So Happy holidays to you whatever you celebrate - I hope you're
taking some time out for a bit of Spring fun in the middle of your
money making projects.
