We were out late last night watching Spectre, The New James Bond movie, and so yours truly is a little on the drag getting this ezine to you today. 

Was worth it, although I think I overdosed on Starbucks coffee and popcorn!  It seems the more I take care of my health, the less tolerant my body is to stuff that isn't 'clean.'

It's similar to hypey marketing and business strategies. Once you have enough of them, you can no longer tolerate them ...
