Happy Thanksgiving to my American friends!

Here in the UK it's just a regular day but I'll be thinking of you and no doubt seeing lots of pics on Facebook. :)

It's been a mix of extreme busyness with my book launch and then moving into extreme relaxation as I took myself off to a Yoga & Meditation Retreat last week.

Think luxury Buddhist style! Below is a pic of my room where Churchill apparently stayed in this wonderful Tudor house which is about 500 years old.
