I've been 'playing' with a lot of different ways to market my freedom programmes lately and as a result you may have received an email that 'didn't sound like me.'
Last week I sent out an invitation in the form of an important letter by email to a small portion of my list of freedom lovers to let you know how you may be able to benefit from a complimentary freedom planning session with me.
And quite a few subscribers emailed back to ask if the letter was really from me!
They thought it might be; shock, horror, gasp 'Sp*m.' Yuk. (Not writing the word as I want this to reach your inbox. :))
Now the lesson in that for me (and for you if you want it) is never to try and use your teachers', coaches' or mentors' words when they don't sit authentically with you.
It wasn't as if I hadn't adapted it - I had. But still some of you could see the email itself didn't sound or feel like me.
This is what an authentic brand looks like - your people know your voice and can't be fooled and I love and thank you for reminding me of
that.
