We've been doing a lot of 'river walking' with our little Honey. Isn't she such a cutie? I love her so much.
:)
We went on an organised river walk in Bury St-Edmunds, a beautiful medieval market town, at the weekend and Honey was the star of the show.
My 17 year old daughter said, 'Wow that's a really old people thing to do ...' 'Thanks,' I replied! Lol. I laugh or might cry ... we had fun anyhow so that's the important thing
for us oldies. ;)
It seems that there's no surrounding more conducive to insights than being in nature, and since the last ezine I received multiple downloads from the universe, source or whatever you want to call
it.
This week we're talking about those wretched money, mindset and creative blocks the coaching world seems to be so obsessed with!

There’s a lot of angst in the coaching and transformation space about blocks! I’ve created quite a bit of content over the
years about how to break through various types of mindset and money blocks.
I have two coaching certifications on how to create money break throughs and have spent a lot of time coaching my clients on strategies and systems for doing just that. There are probably hundreds if not thousands of online courses about how to clear various types of blocks and the self-help sections at the book
stores are crammed full.
I’ve invested thousands of dollars over the years in systems, courses, coaches and books to help me clear whatever blocks I felt I suffered with.
And whilst the clearing strategies and systems work up to a point (or seem like they do) it occurred to me this morning that it’s time for me to share with you how I’ve stumbled upon a quicker and less painful way of clearing those wretched ‘blocks.’
