Hello lovely

I'm drinking green juice as I write this note to you on Monday and have a busy day ahead.

Tuesday is Yom Kippur eve which is the Jewish Day Of Atonement where we fast for about 25 hours.

It's not as bad as it sounds as I really enjoy taking some time out to reflect on my life and it's also a great time to enjoy some reading.

And of course there's the benefit of not having to cook and do dishes for a day!

It won't do me any harm to stay out of the coffee shop and have a break from latte drinking either.

Either way I'll probably be feeling quite hungry when you get this so send me some good vibes. :)

My hubbie's away in Jerusalem for the high holiday period and I almost went with him but with a nearly 18 year old and a revved up puppy at home we thought that 11 days may be a tad too long to leave them to it!

This week I've created an impromptu video for you as I feel inspired to share more with you about the game-changing understanding that underpins the Fearless work; the inside-out nature of life.

There's a danger in the self-help world when hearing this, to think, 'oh I know that already.'  I notice many people think it's another approach or concept to add into their tool box.

I encourage you to look beyond what you already 'know.' Watch or read with a beginner's mind and see what you see that's new for you because that's where insights come from.
