Hello lovely

I'm having a love affair with nature at the moment and so enjoying my long walks with the puppy.

This is a pic of our village lake where I while away many an hour.

I'm seeing how with a deeper understanding of the inside out nature of life which I shared with you last week, even a simple thing like taking a walk can be so much more joyful.

Pay attention to how when you're 'up in your head' and having those crazy thought storms, you can walk for miles and not even notice what's happening around you!

That's a great example of how we create our reality and can miss the wonder right under our noses.
