Hi

Spring seems to have sprung here in the UK and there's a beautiful sense of new beginnings in the air.

Here I am out with my girlies on Mother's Day having a lovely time even though I was very jet lagged after my recent trip to LA for my latest Supercoach experience.

The Superpower of Allowing [yes or no?]

Hello, this is Rachel bringing you the next episode in the new Superpower series. So, last week we talked about the superpower of letting go and the next logical piece for me to share is about allowing.

So, the superpower of allowing is what we're talking about today. Allowing is an interesting superpower because we can let go or give up all we want, but if we don't allow things to unfold, then we stop the flow of whatever wants to happen. I see allowing as being at peace with what wants to happen.

New Fearless Transformation Club class "Fearless With Or Without A Full Diary"

This month's new Fearless Transformation Class will be available on Wednesday.

I'll be covering:

  • Why a full diary or schedule of clients and/or projects doesn't need to control your state of mind (it's a simple misunderstanding with huge implications for your business and life)

  • Does a full diary really mean you're successful or does it steal your freedom?

  • Living and working without a cloud of fear looming over your head no matter how busy you are (you know that feeling when you're never able to relax? Yes, that!)

  • Why you don't need to 'build in' or 'work on' head space or diary space to be wonderfully productive and in flow (it's much easier than that when you see how your mind works)
